I knocked this up the other night when I wanted a tasty, low-carb meal before bed. This would be an ideal choice for an evening when you haven’t hit the gym or when you’re trying to cut. Here’s the recipie
- 1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
- 1 boiled egg
- half an avocado
- a handful of olives
- a few cherry tomatoes
- iceberg lettuce
- a drizzle of olive oil
- black pepper
Please note that if you are trying to cut, this does contain a fair bit of fat (albeit from good sources) so you want to substitute a couple of things. Use tuna in spring water in place of the sunflower oil version, omitt the egg yolk, and lose the extra oil. Leave the olives in though, they’re ace.
