Nutrition is one of, if not the most powerful tool for improving your body composition, gym or sports performance and your overall health.
The problem is, the topic of nutrition is fraught with misinformation and dogma, which means getting the right advice an can be nigh on impossible. To stand any chance of working, your nutrition plan has to be precisely targeted at your goals, and also fit in with your lifestyle, you could have the most optimal meal plan but if you can’t stick to, it won’t work.
Hiring a nutrition coach is the best way to ensure you get quality advice that will help you achieve your goals.
I offer several different options, from one off meal plans to long-term coaching, but either way the advice is tailored specifically to you to ensure you can continue living your life, and eating the foods you want while achieving your goals.
Here are some of the services I offer;
Bespoke Meal Plans
Whether you want to lose weight or bulk up, I can create a meal plan that will help you achieve your goal, I’ll take the following into account;
- Your Weight
- Your Work and Lifestyle
- Whether or you train at the gym or play sports
- How often you train or play sports (if you don’t, it’s not a problem)
- How many times a day you want to eat
- What foods you want to eat
Unlike restrictive diets that have you eating fish and broccoli five times a day, my plans are designed to include foods you want to eat. This doesn’t mean you’ll be living off Krispy Kreme donuts but it does mean you’ll have the flexibility to include ‘treats’ that other diets restrict.
Some plans may involve weighing foods and counting calories, but some may not. If weighing and counting doesn’t sound like something you want to do, there are tactics that we can use which will help lose or gain weight regardless.
I’ll deliver your plan in an easy-to-follow format, with as much or as little detail as you want. Below is an example of one of my plans.
If you’d like to chat to me about a diet plan, whether it’s for fat loss or adding muscle, get in touch with me directly via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to learn a little more about how and why nutrition can benefit your life, then nutrition coaching might be for you.
This is a more long term approach so I can help you over a period of weeks, months or even years to ensure that you’re hitting your targets consistently and not falling off the wagon.
You can combine this with a set meal plan, or sideline the meal plan and go for a totally bespoke approach.
Here’s what you’ll get with nutrition coaching;
- Food diary analysis
- An initial consultation to determine your goals, discuss your food diary, and find an approach that suits you
- Meal Plan (optional)
- Cooking advice and recipe ideas
- Tracking of weight and performance
- Regular contact via phone, email or social media
Getting to know nutrition and how it impacts your body composition, sports or gym performance and overall health can be long process, so investing in nutrition coaching over a period of time could be the best way to get optimal results.
