- Guest Posts must be on-topic, but I welcome anything fitness related – news, features, tips, workout and diet plans, be creative!
- Guest Posts must be well written, engaging, entertaining and above all, to-the-point
- Guest Posts must include at least one image
- Guest posts my include a maximum of two links – NO SPAM!
- I reserve the right to edit guest posts to suit the style of my blog
